The top ring opens up once the sun drops below the rock spires. Glass all the way around, a view of the flats for miles, and a bar that doesn’t stop until the last guest does.

Cosmica’s lounge wraps the top ring in a single curve of glass, facing out over the spires toward the horizon. It’s the one room in the building where nothing moves — no shafts, no loops, just the skyline and whatever’s playing.
Sundown Hour
Doors open as the light changes, first pour on the house.
Late Sets
The resident DJ takes over once the crowd thickens, running until close.
Private Rings
Smaller curved booths along the outer edge, reservable for groups.
RESIDENT DJ
Nobody’s ever seen the booth empty.
Cosmica’s resident DJ runs the floor from a booth built into the wall of the ring, headphones on, always mid-set no matter what hour you walk in. The sets run long, loud, and rarely repeat.
